The City of Roxboro's Planning and Development Department has issued the permit and construction is under way. In addition to the 94,000-square foot store, Lowe's will also have an additional 27,000-square foot garden center constructed at the site. Lowe's proposed to employ 100 full-time workers and 25 part-time employees. The Improvement Store will be located at 2040 Durham Road.
